Quick & Easy Baked Avocado Recipe:

1 Whole Avocado
1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil
Pinch of Salt
Pinch of Pepper
2 Eggs
1 Teaspoon of Red Pepper Flakes
Finely Chopped Fresh Basil

Pre-heat over to 425 degrees
Cut avocado in half and de-pit and lay flesh side up on baking sheet
Drizzle olive oil on avocado flesh
Sprinkle pinch of salt and pepper on avocados
Crack and put one uncooked egg in each pit cavity of avocado half
Sprinkle pinch of red pepper flakes
Cook at 425 degrees for 25-30 minutes
Sprinkle rest of red pepper flakes and fresh basil on top of cooked egg/avocado
Enjoy!
