Today’s show is about simple crafts that are fun for the kids and adults too along with a fun egg experiment. I also searched the Internet and found some April Fools’ pranks that I thought were good for family and co-workers.

birdfeeder

Bird Feeder Version #1

Makes one bird feeder
Supplies
1 toilet paper roll (cardboard roll only)
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup bird seed
Using a spoon or butter knife, spread a thick layer of peanut butter over the cardboard of a toilet paper roll.
The thicker the layer, the easier the bird seed will stick to the roll.
Roll the toilet paper roll in the seed being sure to press it into the seed for a good amount to coat.
Slide the roll onto a branch and watch the birds come for a visit.

Slice orange 3/4 horizontally. Scoop out the inside with a spoon.
Make two pilot holes on the outside of the orange across from each. Be careful not to make the holes to large.
Feed twine through the holes and either tie or knot the twine.
Fill the orange with bird seed and hang on a hook or a tree branch outside.
