The new school year is here, and that can mean a big adjustment period for the kids to get back in the regular routine. I recently sat down with US Weekly to give them my best tips for getting your children to adjust to going back to school.
Here is what I do: At least 10 days before the big day, we start changing up our children’s schedule. I slowly begin putting them to bed earlier, and waking them up earlier. This little tip does wonders for getting everyone’s schedule back on track in our house. By the time the first day of school rolls around, my kids are used to the routine.
