Just in time for St. Patrick’s Day are these two cocktails!

Irish Eyes

Serves One
.5 oz Jameson Irish whiskey
.5 oz Green Crème de Menthe
1 oz of White Crème de Cacao
Cream or milk
Green sugar
2 Maraschino cherries
In a rocks glass filled with ice, combine whiskey, crème de Menthe, crème de Cacao and top with cream or milk. Garnish with 2 cherries through a sword/stir straw and sprinkle with green sugar.

Baby Guinness (shot)

1.25 oz Kahlua
.5 oz of Bailey’s
In shot glass, layer Bailey’s on top of Kahlua and serve.
