  • 2 cups non-dairy milk 
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp ground cardamom 
  • Pinch of ground cloves 
  • 2 shots espresso 
  • 1 tsp raw or manuka honey (optional) 


  • In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the milk, cinnamon, cardamom, and cloves. Bring to a simmer and then immediately remove the saucepan from the heat. 
  • Add the espresso and honey (if using) to the saucepan and stir until combined. Pour into mugs and serve.
