Dada Eats Salted Peanut Butter Fudge

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, softened
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • flaky sea salt

Instructions

  • Prepare a 9 x 5 loaf pan by lining it with parchment paper.
  • In a medium bowl, mix creamy peanut butter, softened coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  • Transfer the fudge to the prepared pan. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
  • Freeze for 20 minutes or until the fudge is firm. Finish with more flaky sea salt and serve!
  • Store in freezer as it will melt if left out!
