Prepare a 9 x 5 loaf pan by lining it with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, mix creamy peanut butter, softened coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
Transfer the fudge to the prepared pan. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
Freeze for 20 minutes or until the fudge is firm. Finish with more flaky sea salt and serve!
Store in freezer as it will melt if left out!
