In boiling water, add the frozen brussels spouts and cook until fork tender. Drain, cool and slice each Brussels sprout in half lengthwise, set aside. *Tip – this step can be done up to a day in advance.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
On a baking sheet with sides, add the sliced bacon and cook in the oven until bacon begins to cook on the edges, about 5 minutes.
Remove baking pan from oven and add your sliced brussels sprouts. Season with sea salt and ground black pepper and return to oven.
Cook for 10-15 minutes, moving the Brussels every 5 minutes so they brown and cook evenly. Depending on your oven and desired amount of browning, this cooking time could vary a bit.
Once browned and crispy, remove from baking sheet and plate in serving bowl. Drizzle with a balsamic glaze and serve.
