Classic Whiskey Highball

Servings 1 cocktail

Ingredients

  • 1 oz. whiskey
  • 3-4 oz . ginger ale
  • a squeeze of lemon
  • ice
For garnish:
  • slice of lemon or slice of prickly pear

Instructions

  • Add ice to the glass and then pour in whiskey, ginger ale, and a good squeeze of lemon. Stir to combine.
  • Garnish the glass with a slice of lemon and a slice of prickly pear.
To reduce sugar
  • Use 1 oz. ginger ale.
  • Add 2-3 oz. of club soda.
