The Holy Grail Green Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/3 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 handfuls spinach (as much as you want really)
  • 1.5 cups almond milk
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • sprinkle of cinnamon if you’re feeling fancy

Instructions

  • Throw all ingredients into a blender, blend, and enjoy!
Feel free to also add chocolate protein with a splash of mint extract for a “thin mint” vibe.
