Ingredients

avocado

vanilla protein powder

chia seeds

handfuls spinach (as much as you want really)
1.5
cups
almond milk
1/2
cup
ice
sprinkle of cinnamon if you’re feeling fancy
Instructions
Throw all ingredients into a blender, blend, and enjoy!
Feel free to also add chocolate protein with a splash of mint extract for a “thin mint” vibe.
