1 1/2 ozrosemary simple syrup purchased or (*recipe below)
1 1/2 ozBitter Fusetti or Campari
1 1/2 ozScotch whiskey
slice of lemon zest
Instructions
In a shaker filled halfway with ice, add the rosemary simple syrup, Bitter Fusetti or Campari and Scotch whisky. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds and using a strainer, pour into a coupe glass.
Squeeze the zest of the lemon over the glass and place lemon zest piece into the drink and serve.
