Homemade Ginger Ale

Ingredients

  • 1 cup ginger, chopped
  • 2 lemons, juiced
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup (or your sweetener of choice)
  • sparkling water

Instructions

  • Add approximately 4 cups of water and ginger to a sauce pan. Bring to a boil and then cover and let sit for 30 minutes.
  • Combine lemon juice and maple syrup in a separate cup.
  • After the ginger concentrate has cooled, mix everything together, pour over ice, and top with sparkling water. *Ginger Ale mixture and sparkling water ratio should be 1:1*
