Ingredients

  • 1 pat butter, softened
  • 2 pieces of marble rye
  • 3 thin slices of corned beef
  • ⅓ cup sauerkraut, drained 
  • 2 slices of Swiss cheese 

Instructions

  • Preheat panini maker.
  • Spread softened butter on one side of each slice of bread.
  • Place one slice of bread, buttered side down on the panini maker. Top the bread with the corned beef, cheese, and drained sauerkraut. Lay the other slice of bread, buttered side up, on top and grill for about 5 minutes or until golden brown and crisp.
