In a highball glass, muddle the mint leaves and agave nectar until well combined and the mint is fragrant.
Add the bourbon and enough crushed ice to fill the glass more than halfway. Then, stir and fold the crushed iced into the bourbon mint mixture using a spoon
Top with extra ice and give the drink another good stir.
Garnish with mint leaves and serve.
