  • In a hot skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat, add one pita at a time and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown, deep golden brown, or a little charred on the edges.
  • Remove the pita from the skillet and, on a cutting board, slice it in half and then continue to halve until you have eight triangles from one pita.
  • Repeat on the remaining pitas.
  • Serve immediately or keep refrigerated until ready to serve. Remove refrigerated pita triangles 15 minutes before serving for the best flavor.
