Easy Grilled Pita
Servings 40 Pita Triangles
In a hot skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat, add one pita at a time and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown, deep golden brown, or a little charred on the edges.
Remove the pita from the skillet and, on a cutting board, slice it in half and then continue to halve until you have eight triangles from one pita.
Repeat on the remaining pitas.
Serve immediately or keep refrigerated until ready to serve. Remove refrigerated pita triangles 15 minutes before serving for the best flavor.
