Loaded Hummus

Ingredients

  • 16 oz store bought hummus
  • 6 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • ΒΌ cup cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 6 Kalamata olives, sliced in half
  • 2 tbsp feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 tbsp red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • Fresh cracked black pepper
  • Drizzle of olive oil
  • Lime or lemon wedges
For Serving
  • Sliced zucchini
  • Carrot sticks
  • Pita chips or bread

Instructions

  • Place the hummus on a serving dish or board and spread out evenly.
  • Top with tomatoes halves, cucumber slices, kalamata halves, feta crumbles, thinly sliced red onion, chopped dill, fresh cracked black pepper, and drizzle with olive oil.
