Easy Baked Salmon with Dill

Ingredients:
Wild salmon filet
Butter stick
Juice of half a lemon
Fresh dill
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F.
First, line a baking sheet with tin foil and rub your butter stick generously along the tin foil. Next, place your salmon steak in the center, and poke holes in the top of your salmon filet with a fork.
Then, squeeze your lemon on top of the salmon and then add salt and pepper to taste. Finally, top the filet with fresh dill (I like to cover the filet).
Once your salmon is ready, fold up your tin foil into a little boat and place the entire baking sheet in the oven. Bake for 15-20 minutes (and be careful not to overcook it!).
Serve with a fresh salad, veggies or rice. Enjoy!
