Ingredients
1-1/2
cups
unsweetened almond milk
2
tsp.
honey (preferably raw) or coconut nectar or sugar
1/2
tsp.
ground cardamom
1/4
tsp.
cinnamon
1/4
tsp.
nutmeg (improves circulation similar to saffron)
Instructions
Heat the almond milk in a small saucepan over medium heat to just under a boil. Stir in the honey, cardamom, and saffron, and enjoy at once.
