Preheat oven to 425 F. Spray a baking sheet with some cooking spray.
In a bowl, mix the spices with the oil and toss the sweet potatoes in it.
Spread on the sheet pan and bake in the oven for 15 -20 minutes on the center rack.
Place the meatballs in the hot pan and cook for 15- 20 minutes, turning them over halfway to get a nice crisp on both sides. Usually, we cook the meatballs to 170F internal temperature.
Once the meatballs are done, reduce the heat to low and add the lemon juice and some water to deglaze the pan. Mix it well and take off the heat.
