Easy Matcha Latte

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • 2 drops liquid stevia
  • 1 tbsp hot water
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

Instructions

  • In a coffee mug combine the matcha powder, stevia and water. Using a bamboo or metal whisk, whisk until the powder has completely dissolved in the liquid.
  • Place the almond milk in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Whisk into a nice froth using a metal whisk or handheld milk frother. Alternatively, you can also steam the almond milk using your espresso machine.
  • Pour the almond milk into the mug and stir. Enjoy!
