In a coffee mug combine the matcha powder, stevia and water. Using a bamboo or metal whisk, whisk until the powder has completely dissolved in the liquid.
Place the almond milk in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Whisk into a nice froth using a metal whisk or handheld milk frother. Alternatively, you can also steam the almond milk using your espresso machine.
Pour the almond milk into the mug and stir. Enjoy!
