For garnish:
2orange slices (if making with Aperol)
2Cerignola olives (if making with Campari)
thin lemon slice (if making with Campari)
Instructions
In a wine glass filled halfway with ice cubes add the Aperol or Campari. Follow this with the chilled white wine and top with soda water.
Add a green olive to the bottom of a small skewer. Drop your orange slice (Aperol) or lemon slice (Campari) into the glass and give the cocktail a light stir with the skewered olive.
