Ingredients

cans chickpeas, drained and rinsed

cup
grape tomatoes, chopped

English cucumber, peeled and chopped
1/2

feta cheese
(leave out if you want the recipe to be dairy free)
Dressing
1/4
cup
olive oil
1/8
cup
Italian white wine vinegar
pinch
sea salt
fresh dill to garnish
(optional)
flowered chives to garnish
(optional)
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix with a spoon.
Prepare your dressing, then drizzle on top of the salad and toss.
Garnish with dill and chives.
Serve and enjoy!
