Summer Spiced Fruit Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 guava, chopped into bite-size cubes (peel on)
  • 1 red apple, chopped into bite-size cubes (peel on)
  • 1 pear, chopped into bite-size cubes (peel on)
  • 1 peach, chopped into bite-size cubes (peel on)
  • 1 cup green grapes
  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 tsp ground red pepper (cayenne)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • juice of one lime

Instructions

  • In a large serving bowl, place the guava, apple, pear, peach and grapes.
  • Cut the banana into ¼-inch slices and place in the bowl.
  • Add the red pepper, salt, black pepper and lime juice. Mix well. Enjoy now or refrigerate for later!
Other fruits that you may substitute:
Plum, Asian pear, strawberries, apricots, blackberries, blueberries, kiwi
