In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients except the dark chocolate.
In a small silicon muffin mold spoon the oat mixture filling each about 1/3 of the way.
Melt the chocolate chips in a double boiler or in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until melted.
Pour about a tablespoon of melted chocolate over the oat mixture in each liner.
Place in the fridge or freezer to set and when hard you can enjoy
