5 Ingredient Pico de Gallo

Servings 1.5 cups

Ingredients

  • 1 cup tomatoes, diced
  • ¼ cup red onion, diced
  • 2 tbsp cilantro, chopped
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and diced
  • 1 small lime, juiced
  • Kosher salt

Instructions

  • Add all the solid ingredients to a small mixing bowl. 
  • Juice a lime over the ingredients and season with Kosher salt.
  • Refrigerate for 30 minutes and serve.
