5-Minute Chickpea Dip
Ingredients

chickpeas, drained and rinsed

chopped parsley

garlic powder

lemon zested

lemon juice

cup
olive oil
1/4
cup
crumbled feta cheese

Kosher salt

Black pepper
Garnish
Crumbled feta
Chopped parsley
Instructions
Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until creamy. Add an extra tablespoon of olive oil and a splash of water, if needed, to reach the desired consistency.
Garnish with crumbled feta and chopped parsley.
Serve with pita chips and fresh vegetables.
