6 Ingredient Green Goddess Dip

Servings 1.5 cups

Ingredients

  • 2 green Onions, white and green, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 avocados, roughly chopped 
  • Kosher Salt 
Garnish
  • Green part of a green onion, sliced
Veggies for serving
  • Carrot sticks
  • Zucchini slices
  • Radish slices

Instructions

  • Place green onions, garlic, dill, lemon juice, and yogurt into a small food processor. Pulse a couple of times to chop the dill and onions well.
  • Add the chunks of avocado to the food processor and using a spatula, press the avocado even in the processor bowl. Season with a pinch of Kosher salt and process until smooth and creamy.
  • Taste and adjust as needed with Kosher salt.
  • Garnish with green parts of the green onions and serve with your favorite cut veggies.
