Split the avocados and carefully remove their pits. Scoop the avocado from the skin and place it on a large cutting board or another flat surface with ample room to work.
Sprinkle a pinch of Kosher salt over the avocados, then top with minced garlic. Using the back of dinner forks, begin to mash the avocado to the desired consistency.
Add the chopped cilantro, jalapeno, and tomatoes to the mashed avocado, then fold them together.
Make a well in the middle of the drizzle, add the lime juice in the center, and fold together.
Scoop into a serving bowl and serve with your favorite tortilla chips.
