4-6 hass avocados
1 cucumber, chopped into small or medium pieces
1 small cup of cherry tomatoes, sliced down the middle
1 small red onion, roughly chopped.
1 jalapeño, chopped, membrane removed
Juice of 1 lemon
Juice of 1 lime
Garlic powder to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
1. Mash the avocados on cutting board. Add all other ingredients and slowly mix together so it stays somewhat chunky.
2. You may need to add more lemon or lime depending on your tastes.
3. Put it all in a bowl and it's ready to go!
