Apple Pie Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 organic gala apples, peeled, cored, and diced
  • ½ cup whole milk plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup milk, dairy or non-dairy
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • Pumpkin Pie Spice
Garnish
  • 2 apple wedges

Instructions

  • To a blender, add the diced apples, Greek yogurt, cinnamon, milk, and maple syrup.
  • If your blender has a smoothie function, use that; otherwise, blend on high for about one minute.
  • Divide into two glasses and top with pumpkin pie spice.
  • Garnish with a wedge of apple.
