Apple Tartlets

Ingredients

  • 2 rectangular sheets of frozen puff pastry, approx. 4”x8” (thawed for 10 minutes)
  • 2 honeycrisp apples halved, cored, and thinly sliced
  • herb honey drizzle 

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Cut each sheet of puff pastry into 3 pieces to yield a total of six pieces of puff pastry.
  • Leaving the skin on the apple and using a mandolin, thinly slice the apple halves.
  • Place the thinly sliced apples onto each piece of the puff pastry, overlapping each slice of apple. Place onto a baking sheet.
  • Drizzle with the herb-infused honey and bake in the oven for 10 minutes or until puff pastry is golden brown.
