Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
On a sheet pan, gently toss the halved Brussels with olive oil and season with Kosher salt and black pepper. Shake the pan so there is one even layer of Brussels.
Roast the Brussels until cooked through and golden brown. Approximately 30-40 minutes.
While the Brussels are roasting, combine the hoisin sauce, soy sauce or tamari, honey, and Sambal in a small saucepan over low heat. Warm the glaze mixture.
When Brussels are cooked through, place them in a serving bowl and drizzle the desired amount of the glaze over them. *You may have extra glaze leftover, which can be refrigerated for up to two weeks.
Top with cooked bacon bits and serve.
