Avocado Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 banana, ripe, peeled and sliced
  • ½ avocado, ripe and peeled
  • 2 tbsp almonds (optional)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • ¾ cup almond milk
  • *Ice cubes can be added if using a traditional blender

Instructions

  • Using an emersion blender or a traditional blender, add all the ingredients and blend to desired consistency. Using an emersion blender or a traditional blender, add all the ingredients and blend to desired consistency. 
  • If using a traditional blender, you can add a few ice cubes for a thicker smoothie.
