Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Place grape tomatoes in a small baking dish.
Add the minced garlic and olive oil, then season with Kosher salt. Toss to coat.
Bake for 30 minutes or until tomatoes have blistered and begun to split.
Remove from the oven and top with the burrata balls. Using two forks, pull the burrata apart on top of the hot tomatoes.
Drizzle with a little olive oil and top with torn basil.
Serve immediately with your favorite crusty bread, or it can be served at room temperature.
