In a medium bowl, combine the cottage cheese, Greek yogurt or sour cream, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper. Stir to combine.
Taste the mixture and adjust ingredients as needed.
Arrange the cut celery pieces on a serving plate and spoon the buffalo cottage cheese mixture into the celery pieces. Top with a little cayenne pepper or paprika for color, and finish with a few pieces of crumbled blue cheese on top.
Any extra buffalo mixture can be placed in a serving cup and surrounded with unfilled celery pieces for easy dipping.
