Camila's Corn Pudding

Ingredients

  • 5 eggs
  • cup butter, melted
  • ¼ cup organic pure cane sugar
  • ½ cup milk
  • 4 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 (15.25-ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 2 (14.75-ounce) cans cream-style corn

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 Degrees.
  • Grease a 2-quart casserole dish.
  • In a large bowl, lightly beat the eggs. 
  • Add melted butter, sugar, and milk. Whisk in cornstarch a little at a time. 
  • Stir in the creamed corn. 
  • Stir in the drained whole kernel corn and mix well. 
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared casserole dish.
  • Bake for 1 hour.
