Cilantro Lime Infused Oil

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Cilantro, finely chopped
  • 4 Garlic cloves, minced
  • ½ tsp Kosher salt 
  • ½ tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
  • ¼ tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Red Onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp Lime juice
  • ½ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Instructions

  • Combine the first 7 ingredients in a medium-sized mixing bowl. Slowly add the olive oil in a thin stream while whisking together. The oil will slightly emulsify. Use immediately or refrigerate for up to one week. 
  • Use on grilled chicken, steak, or our curry cauliflower.
