Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until well combined.
Portion mixture into 14 meatballs, about 2 oz each.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Sear meatballs on all sides until browned.
Pour your favorite sauce over the meatballs. Cover and simmer on medium-low for about 20 minutes, until fully cooked through.
*Add a splash of stock or water if the sauce thickens too much.
Enjoy over pasta, with crusty bread, or on their own!
