Cranberry Salad Dressing

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup canned or homemade cranberry sauce
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp honey
  • Sea salt to taste
  • Fresh ground pepper to taste
  • cup extra virgin olive oil
Toppings
  • Craisins
  • Pistachios 

Instructions

  • In a medium-sized mixing bowl, whisk together the cranberry sauce, vinegar, Dijon mustard, and honey. 
  • Drizzle in the olive oil while whisking; the dressing will begin to emulsify.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve. Refrigerate for up to one week.
