Cranberry Salad Dressing
Ingredients

canned or homemade cranberry sauce

apple cider vinegar

Dijon mustard

honey
Sea salt to taste
Fresh ground pepper to taste

extra virgin olive oil

Instructions
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, whisk together the cranberry sauce, vinegar, Dijon mustard, and honey.
Drizzle in the olive oil while whisking; the dressing will begin to emulsify.
Refrigerate until ready to serve. Refrigerate for up to one week.
