In a bowl combine the chopped shallot, crème fraiche, lemon juice, olive oil, honey, Kosher salt, and black pepper. Whisk to incorporate.
Add the thinly sliced radishes to the dressing mixture. Toss to combine.
Chill and marinate the radishes for 30 minutes or longer.
In a large salad bowl, add the cleaned and torn curly green lettuce.
Top with the marinated radishes and gently toss to combine.
Garnish the salad with sliced green onions and serve.
