Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Grease a 10-inch-deep oval baking dish, we used avocado oil spray.
To the baking dish, add the oats, baking powder, cinnamon, sea salt, vanilla, maple syrup, and 2 eggs whisked in the milk. Gently stir to combine.
Top with the 12 ounces of blueberries.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the middle is set.
Serve warm with a drizzle of maple syrup.
