In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the yogurt and almond flour. Fold them together until the dough reaches a nice consistency. The dough will be sticky.
Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 350F degrees.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Scoop enough of the dough using a spoon to roll it into a 1 ½” ball. Repeat.
Lightly roll each ball in the Everything but the Bagel Seasoning and place it on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake in the oven at 350F for 20 minutes or until the bagel bites are golden brown.
Cool completely and serve with your cream cheese spread.
