Easy Gluten Free Bagel Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 cup greek yogurt (full-fat works best 4% -5% fat)
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 2-3 tbsp Everything but the Bagel Seasoning

Instructions

  • In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the yogurt and almond flour. Fold them together until the dough reaches a nice consistency. The dough will be sticky.  
  • Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 350F degrees.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Scoop enough of the dough using a spoon to roll it into a 1 ½” ball. Repeat.
  • Lightly roll each ball in the Everything but the Bagel Seasoning and place it on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Bake in the oven at 350F for 20 minutes or until the bagel bites are golden brown.
  • Cool completely and serve with your cream cheese spread.
