Easy Margarita Marinated Olives

Ingredients

  • 1 cup drained and rinsed, Kalamata olives
  • 1 cup drained jalapeno or garlic-stuffed olives
  • 12 slices pickled jalapeno peppers, chopped 
  • ¼ cup cilantro, minced
  • ¼ cup reposado tequila
  • ¼ cup lime juice
  • 2 tbsp triple sec 
  • 1 tsp orange zest

Instructions

  • In a small, non-reactive bowl, such as glass or ceramic, combine the first 7 ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for at least 24 hours.
  • When ready to serve, add the orange zest. Stir to combine and transfer to a serving bowl.
  • Olives can be refrigerated for up to one week.
