Easy Tzatziki

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup shredded and drained cucumber
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced 
  • 1/2 tsp Kosher salt 

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients and serve. 
  • Can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
