Gourmet Dinner Rolls with Sundried Tomato and Basil

Servings 6 large dinner rolls

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sundried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/3 cup fresh basil, chopped and loosely packed
  • 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Remove the biscuit dough from the can. Cut each one of the dough rounds into six pieces and place in a large mixing bowl.
  • Add the chopped sundried tomatoes, chopped basil, and shredded cheese, and drizzle the extra virgin olive oil over the mixture. 
  • Using your hands, gently toss the mixture to combine all the ingredients evenly.
  • Divide the mixture among six muffin holes in a muffin pan and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the rolls puff up and are evenly golden brown.
  • Let cool in the muffin pan for a minute, then serve.
