Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Remove the biscuit dough from the can. Cut each one of the dough rounds into six pieces and place in a large mixing bowl.
Add the chopped sundried tomatoes, chopped basil, and shredded cheese, and drizzle the extra virgin olive oil over the mixture.
Using your hands, gently toss the mixture to combine all the ingredients evenly.
Divide the mixture among six muffin holes in a muffin pan and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the rolls puff up and are evenly golden brown.
Let cool in the muffin pan for a minute, then serve.
