In a blender, add the cottage cheese, cocoa powder, and melted coconut oil. Blend until smooth.
With the blender running on low, add the melted dark chocolate to the mixture. Blend until combined.
Pour into an 8x8 parchment-lined pan.
Freeze for 2 hours, cut into desired size pieces, and sprinkle with flake salt.
If serving immediately, let pieces rest at room temperature for 10-15 minutes and serve.
Return any leftover fudge to the freezer.
