In a medium size mixing bowl add the Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, honey and lemon juice. Whisk to combine.
While whisking, add the extra virgin olive oil. Then the Kosher salt and black pepper. Whisk again.
Serve on top of your favorite greens.
Store in the refrigerator for up to one week. Whisk, or, if stored in a jar, shake to combine before serving.
