Honey Bee Day Dressing

Ingredients

Dressing Ingredients
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt, we used whole milk
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • ½ tsp Kosher salt
  • ½ tsp coarse black pepper
Salad Ingredients
  • Your favorite greens
  • Halved grape tomatoes 

Instructions

  • In a medium size mixing bowl add the Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, honey and lemon juice. Whisk to combine. 
  • While whisking, add the extra virgin olive oil. Then the Kosher salt and black pepper. Whisk again.
  • Serve on top of your favorite greens. 
  • Store in the refrigerator for up to one week. Whisk, or, if stored in a jar, shake to combine before serving.
