Add the room-temperature butter to a medium-sized mixing bowl. Note that butter needs to be soft for best results.
Pour the honey on top of the butter.
Using a fork, combine the butter and honey and mix well.
Add the Kosher salt and mix again.
Spoon into a small ramekin dish.
The butter can be used immediately or stored in the refrigerator and covered for a week.
Bring to room temperature before serving. We recommend removing the butter for 2 hours before serving.
