Ingredients

  • 1 cup chilled Prosecco 
  • 2 tbsp chilled vodka 
  • ⅓ cup lemon sorbet 
Garnish
  • Mint leaves (optional)  
  • Lime wheel

Instructions

  • Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl and gently whisk to combine. This helps to break down the sorbet.
  • Divide between 2 coupe glasses and garnish with mint leaves and lime wheel.
  • Serve immediately.
