Limoncello Prosecco Spritzer

Ingredients

  • Ice
  • 1½ oz limoncello
  • 3 oz prosecco
  • Sparkling water
Garnish
  • Garnish
  • Lemon slices
  • Fresh mint

Instructions

  • In a tumbler or wine glass, fill halfway with ice cubes.
  • Pour the limoncello over the ice and add the Prosecco. 
  • Top the glass off with sparkling water and give a quick stir.
  • Garnish with a lemon slice and fresh mint.
  • Serve immediately.
