Ingredients

mango pulp (canned) or 1 ½ cups frozen chopped mango

plain Greek-style yogurt

cup
milk or plant-based milk

tsp
honey
¼
tsp
ground cardamon (Optional)

ice cubes
Instructions
In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
If the mixture is too thick, add a little more milk to thin it out.
Pour into tall glasses and serve.
