Mango Lassi

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mango pulp (canned) or 1 ½ cups frozen chopped mango
  • 1 cup plain Greek-style yogurt
  • ½ cup milk or plant-based milk
  • 2 tsp  honey
  • ¼ tsp ground cardamon (Optional)
  • 4 ice cubes

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. 
  • If the mixture is too thick, add a little more milk to thin it out. 
  • Pour into tall glasses and serve.
